CASParser ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the CASParser API, website, and related services.

Account Information: Name, email address, and company name when you register for an account.

Usage Data: API request metadata including timestamps, credit consumption, request IDs, and error logs. We do NOT store the content of parsed documents.

Payment Information: Billing details are processed by our payment provider and not stored on our servers.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect or Store

CASParser is designed with a zero-retention policy for parsed data:

Uploaded PDF documents are processed in memory and immediately discarded
Parsed portfolio data (holdings, transactions, investor details) is NOT stored
API responses are returned directly to you and not retained
Gmail inbox data accessed via OAuth is read-only and not stored

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Our infrastructure is hosted in India for data sovereignty. API keys are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We implement access controls and monitoring to protect against unauthorized access.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment processing, analytics, and infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

Account information is retained for the duration of your account. Usage logs are retained for 2 weeks for billing and support purposes. Parsed document data is never retained - it is processed and discarded immediately.
